Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone support to Texas customers with product inquiries and service requests
- Manage weekend appointment scheduling for local business partners across Austin
- Process payments and transactions using our secure POS system
- Maintain accurate customer records and update database in real-time
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Participate in quarterly weekend team-building events and training workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication skills with clear Texas English proficiency
- Proficient with basic POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work standing for 6+ hours with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
