Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Document customer feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement
- Adhere to all safety compliance and company policies during weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday 3PM-11PM, Saturday/Sunday 9AM-5PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid New York State ID and reliable transportation
