Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and product displays with visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend hours
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
