Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and product consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with potential Friday evenings

- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
