Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock merchandise, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Train on new products and company policies during weekend onboarding sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in POS systems and mobile payment platforms
