Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and recreational facilities
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate special events and activities for weekend guests
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage resort bookings using our proprietary system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and reservation software
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
