Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Execute visual merchandising standards and cleanliness protocols
- Participate in weekend staff training and product updates
Qualifications
- Must be available for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and technology

- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle location
