Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels during weekend shifts
- Resolve billing, scheduling, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems with precision
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend team huddles and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend settings with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
