Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer support at our weekend pop-up locations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile payment platforms
- Assist with inventory management and product merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting sales environments
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in brief pre-shift training and team huddles
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check
