Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Sat-Sun 9AM-6PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising displays to brand specifications
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts with weekday flexibility
