Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols

- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising duties
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in weekend staff training sessions and product knowledge updates
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak weekend shopping periods
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays
