Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and digital interactions
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using problem-solving skills

- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and service requests
- Execute facility walkthroughs to ensure premium standards are maintained
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and supply organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Unavailability Saturday/Sunday is mandatory for this role
- Strong proficiency with reservation management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic knowledge of Oakland attractions and local services
