Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm)
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash management
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store standards
- Participate in brief weekend team huddles for operational alignment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
