Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Manage weekend operations including inventory management and facility maintenance
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and digital communication tools

- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
