- Support weekend operations including inventory management and store maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and product knowledge

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Proficient with POS systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if required for location logistics)
