- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Train on new products and promotions to deliver accurate information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
