Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at our Detroit service center
- Handle weekend inquiries, appointments, and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Support community outreach events during weekend hours
- Process payments and maintain transaction records
- Assist with facility operations and weekend inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if field visits required)
