Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, order discrepancies, and service complaints efficiently
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Process transactions and payments while adhering to security protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
