Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during weekend retail hours (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain premium store presentation standards during peak weekend traffic
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with occasional holiday coverage
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical store tasks
- Valid Missouri driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
- Background check and drug screen required
