Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all customer interactions in CRM system with accurate details
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain product knowledge across tech solutions and service offerings

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
