Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations and service consistency

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Flexible availability including weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
