Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all resort touchpoints including check-ins, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Manage weekend reservation systems and coordinate special event bookings
- Supervise weekend housekeeping and maintenance operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of information
- Implement safety protocols during high-traffic weekend periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Proficiency in resort management software (Opera/Micros)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Spanish fluency a plus
