Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to 50+ daily clients through in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Participate in daily inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures during weekend shifts
- Submit end-of-shift reports detailing customer interactions and operational notes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation to J Street location
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
