Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and special orders
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during weekend operational hours
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
