Key Responsibilities
As a Weekend Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional demeanor upon entry.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and returns.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail POS systems is preferred.
