- Update customer accounts and track service tickets in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or technical support.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
