Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy and security.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during slower periods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
