Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and store operations
- Participate in weekend training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Uphold company standards for safety and cleanliness during shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required)
