Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering their inquiries promptly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining store organization, including stocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict accountability.
- Collaborate with the weekend staff to meet daily sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays.
