Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and digital support channels

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
