- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm, welcoming experience to all customers entering the store and assist with product inquiries.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory audits to ensure product availability.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the floor manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred; however, full training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate the sales floor.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
