- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown Jacksonville location
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized records
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown Jacksonville location
