Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-store, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain organized and visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Support store operations during high-traffic weekend periods and special events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail environment
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for potential errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
