Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory levels, stock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with merchandising, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proven customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays 8AM-6PM, Sundays 10AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
