Responsibilities

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Operate property management systems and POS technology with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough property walkthroughs to maintain safety and aesthetic standards
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred

- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
