Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Support inventory management and merchandising activities during weekend shifts
- Participate in weekend team meetings to align on performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or retail experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional site visits)
