- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend schedule (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
