- Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-person and phone support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations

Qualifications
