- Process transactions using our proprietary payment technology
- Resolve billing and account issues within 24-hour SLA
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain 100% compliance with security protocols
- Participate in monthly weekend team-building activities
- Update customer records in real-time CRM system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday only, 8am-6pm)
- Basic math and data entry skills (test required)
