Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and account management via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer escalations efficiently and empathetically.
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify client needs and prevent churn.
- Document all client interactions and service issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Proven ability to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
