- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and route them to the appropriate senior team members promptly.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM or similar weekend shift).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-centric tone.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in navigating web browsers and using computer systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions to customer problems efficiently.
