Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Weekday Support team to escalate complex tickets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
