Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and software navigation.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex queries effectively.
- Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to the development team.
Qualifications
