Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer emails, chat tickets, and phone calls during weekend shifts with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and service requests using our CRM and knowledge base tools.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to clients regarding their account status and technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the weekday support team to ensure a smooth handover of urgent tickets and share insights on recurring client issues.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common trends or pain points in customer feedback and relay them to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and potentially one weekday evening.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.
