Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and general support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve customer tickets and inquiries within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to document bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Identify recurring trends in customer issues and propose actionable process improvements.
- Assist in training new support team members during weekend training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer support, helpdesk, or technical support experience is a strong plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for full-time hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently and think on your feet.
