Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial customers across Austin and surrounding North Texas areas.
- Obtain digital signatures and proof of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Sort and organize cargo efficiently to optimize delivery routes for the next day.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and accessing the mobile app.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
