Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly to ensure a positive shopping experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
- Operate cash registers and handle all transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal events to drive sales.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City location.
