Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product assistance and checkout operations
- Manage inventory with precision, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-4pm)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
