Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service during busy weekend periods.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to ensure the store is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotations as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor adheres to safety and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
- No prior retail experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
