Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment: Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the facility and to delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, sorting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- General Labor: Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the workspace organized and safe.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliability: Must be able to work weekends consistently and be punctual.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available for 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
